What CQHI LLC Inspects & Why

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to have a home inspection performed in order to help you understand the home, how it’s functioning, and to uncover and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Potential defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

Selling a house? Obtaining a home inspection prior to listing may streamline your process by identifying defects or deferred maintenance items, allowing you time to correct any issues on your terms, minimizing the items a potential buyer might find during escrow delaying or possibly killing the sale.

We thoroughly inspect & report on the following:

  1. Interior, exterior, walls, windows, and doors

  2. HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

  3. Basement, crawlspace, and structure

  4. Fireplace

  5. Roof and attic

  6. Electrical

  7. Plumbing

We Educate Our Clients

I won't simply show up and leave you holding a stack of confusing paperwork listing all the problems of the home. After we walk through the home together, I will explain the general condition of the home and it’s systems. I will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. I will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance.

Our goal with every inspection is to inform you about the home's current condition with a clean, easy-to-read & navigate inspection report. Along with helping you become more knowledgeable and aware of the importance of properly maintaining your home and its systems.

We will not be satisfied until you are!
